(from July 2014 to July 2015)
Netanel Gilad

Elisha Shlomo

Zohar Michal

Celebrating my TENTH birthday with the family and grandparents...
...not quite EIGHT, but already soldering...
...I might be SIX, but I can still do Spike-etta!

Getting around on wheels...
...some of us got as far as Park Nayot...
...having had a great time at Zohar's birthday!

Out of Alyn and into school... to say farewell to Chana...
...out of school and into San Simon park to say farewell to Esti...
...and in Gan saying farewell to Racheli... next year into school!

This week, I've been at Alyn, and they FOUND MY LEGS!...
...and it was great to all get together for pizza at home on Friday!

Bonus picture...while I'm trying to remove the beard I don't have...
...Eli and Tal are hoping that the Challah will plat itself...
...while Zohar and Michal are showing them how it's done properly!

School is not hard... not hard to get into class! Thanks Elisha (and Manchi)...
...and not hard during an evening of fun with balloons and police ... even Zohar is there, getting ready for Kita Alef!

Clowning around at the circus...
After the whole family enjoyed the show - even Savta and Zeidi!

We went out with Elior to pick some flowers...
...and then started dancing "Shalom Kita Alef" for Zohar...
...fresh from memories of watching Eurovision (post-Shavuot)!

You can dip your burger...
...or pretend you're biting its head off...
...and you can even turn it into a work of art!

I'm not really yawning during my first lesson back in school...
...and I'm not really planning how to rewire the apartment...
...and this was not really my birthday party a month early at gan!

Back at home, helping Savta celebrate her birthday...
...but we had a lot of laughter last Shabbat...
...and even got to stay in the hotel nearby!

Here I am getting the hospital room ready...
...while we both hang around outside enjoying the sun...
...before rushing back in to make you 'get-well-soon' cards!

A lovely Yom Ha'atzmaut at Jood's...
...then making popcorn bags for "Yeled Hashavua" to hand out...
...why no BBQ or park? Because it was freezing cold and raining!

Two wings...
...four wheels...
...but well on our way to only two wheels!

An amazing Pesach with the family of both sides!

We're all sad to be saying farewell to the hametz...
...but we had a great time burning it for the 'Festival of Pyro'!
While Pesach cleaning is going on full-tilt at home, we get to 're-decorate' the Israel Museum!

And the voting results are already in. Elisha ran the booth, Natty ran the count, and Zohar was the returning officer. There was a unanimous decision that the family is going to the polling station in the morning. Overall 80% turn-out. Hamsters are feeling disenfranchised, but their representatives were mollified with a handful of sunflower seeds.

Bonus picture.... just before the election, it was the Jerusalem marathon... so we all went to Ra'anana and Tel Aviv to see our cousins (and the beach)

Hard to decide what was more fun... wearing pajamas to school...
...or going wild at the park!
Purim!

Eli, for those who have just joined, please remind the viewers again why we are out here in a dark cold park, way past our bedtime...
...well folks, Zohar didn't want to be in the shot, so here's a picture of the giant flaming, wing-flapping fire-spitting dragon that's out here instead...
...but don't worry, we all survived to see the morning after. Strange... normally, there are no flying dragons, but recently...

Again the weather forecasters warned of a serious blizzard... and this time, they weren't kidding!! Snow on the ground, in the air, and thunder and lightning bringing more!

Fancy restaurant, napkins and beautifully presented food... today's special, ground Bissli and crackers!

Cupboards are useful to hold the stands for the Playmobil gang...
...to keep our important stuff locked up in...
...but best of all, to simply hide in!

Typical Friday, some playing...
...looking at the record player Zeidi dug out...
...and helping make challah!

Why are we attacking Abi and Savta with a stick-light?...
...it's got nothing to do with Ma'arat Hamachpela...
...but close enough, it's Emma's Tekes at the Kotel!

Standing around (in good company) watching someone else fix the electric mains...
...but when it comes to homework, no-one will do it other than us!
How can this be? Yesterday, there was no snow to be seen in the morning, and we had the day off school... yet today, dad has dug the car out and mum is taking us to school and gan!

We took Sue and Martyn...
...to the first station for a workout...
...whereas aunt Sarah was let off with paper cutting!

After a lovely weekend away, we can wish Savta a very happy 70th birthday!

Before we can have a group picture...
...we have to do quality control...
...and also have the final gan Chanukah party!

We went in person to welcome Ahinoam's new baby...
...and then Eli sang to welcome parents of next year's Kita Alef (which will include Zohar!)

The boys went to the zoo... to drink water?...
...and bring Zohar back an ABC magnet?!

Eli, can you feel? It's raining on your head!...
...I'd better wear wellies to bed then!

A chilly afternoon indoors, spelling out what we think of English practice...
...enjoying reading about rescue helicopters...
...and drawing a farewell picture for Sammy Samster Moriah (RIP)

It's certainly getting harder to hide in cupboards...
...but easier for us to do our "Winter Dance" - whose do you prefer?

On the way to Joods, we had a good run around Ein Hemed...
...while I mostly hung around on the climbing frame...
...and all we got were new egg boxes!

Now we can start "singing in the rain"... thanks to our Tefillat Geshem!

Summer ended with a "CLAP" (of thunder), and we're having a great time playing together indoors!

Succot outing to Ein Hemed... fun on ropes, activities, theater... not much water...
...but lots of stones. I wonder if daddy swallowed one?

Why is this Succot special? Because Savta and Saba seem to have brought the Succot rain (first night and first day) with them on Aliya!

Erev Yom Kippur... a good time for a family trip to the zoo...
...because not only is it much quieter than it will be next week...
...but we also get points for trying to do kapparot!

Shana Tova - may it be a wonderful year!

Introducing tonight's choices...
...go out to the "Young Scientist" event with Alon and Erez...
...or chill out here at home!

We've gone bowling (it's Elisha's birthday)... first we eat...
...then we arrange all the bowling balls in the right order...
...and finally we get down to business... Strike!

Back .... To .... School! (and starting Gan Hova)

And this holiday isn't complete without a few days away at the brand-new Leonardo Netanya (and the Seasons' pool)!

A great week of holiday fun, the highlight of which was Beth's Bat Mitzva! Mazal Tov!

We had an amazing time when Emma came to stay!

New park... and summer holiday is in full swing!

The boys (only one shown) have been helping do some planting before Shmita...
...but it looks like Zohar wants to dig a swimming pool instead!

We went shopping and chose corn-on-the-cob for lunch

The ground war for Operation "Protective Shield" actually started in our back garden a couple of days ago... with paint!
...and we've already been condemned by the UN (mum and dad) for crimes against the flat's white walls!

Natty's 9th birthday party - at Cinema City!

Letting our hair down with an end-of-year dance...
...and dressed up for our gan end-of-year party!
Select year.
